- Items returned after 14 days
- Items not in original condition

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

📦 RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

🔧 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work as described, DM us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.
